Terms
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Daodri governing your access to and use of the Daodri website, application, and related services (the “Service”). Please read them carefully — they include disclaimers and a limitation of liability that allocate risk to you.
Last updated: 7 June 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and “you” refers to that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and are not barred from using the Service under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
3. The Service
Daodri is a web workspace that uses artificial intelligence to turn written prose, scripts, and similar text into a story bible, storyboard scenes, reusable character and location references, and rendered comic panels and pages. The Service relies on third-party AI, rendering, hosting, and payment providers. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time without liability to you.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, or use another person’s account without permission.
5. Credits, billing, and payments
- Certain actions (such as rendering references, scenes, and comic pages) consume credits. Credit balances, the active catalog, and checkout are shown on the billing page within the Service.
- Payments, subscriptions, and checkout are processed by our third-party payment provider; your purchases are also subject to that provider’s terms. You authorize us and the provider to charge your selected payment method for the amounts you incur, including recurring subscription charges until cancelled.
- Credits are tied to the account where they are granted, have no cash value, are not transferable, and (except where required by law) are non-refundable once consumed. Prices and credit costs may change prospectively.
- Except where required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable. You agree not to initiate chargebacks for charges you authorized; abusive chargebacks may result in suspension and recovery of amounts owed.
- You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service other than taxes based on our net income.
6. Your content and the rights you grant
“Your Content” means everything you submit to the Service, including source text, prompts, descriptions, and uploaded images. As between you and us, you retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Daodri a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical and formatting purposes), transmit, and process Your Content, and to share it with the third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy, solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to generate the output you request. This license ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, except for content already shared with providers, retained in backups, or required to be kept by law.
7. AI-generated output
- AI output is generated automatically from your inputs and the underlying models. It may be inaccurate, inconsistent, offensive, or unsuitable for your purposes, and similar or identical output may be generated for other users. You are solely responsible for reviewing output before relying on, publishing, or distributing it.
- Ownership of, and any rights in, AI-generated output depend on applicable law and on the terms of the underlying model and rendering providers. We make no representation that output is protectable, original, or free of third-party rights, and we grant no warranty of title in any output.
- You are solely responsible for how you use the output, including ensuring that your use does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.
8. Your responsibilities and representations
You represent, warrant, and agree that, for all of Your Content and your use of the Service:
- You own or have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to submit Your Content and to process it through the Service and its third-party providers, including any rights in source works, characters, names, likenesses, and trademarks.
- Your Content and your use of any output do not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights, or any law.
- You are solely responsible for Your Content, for the output you generate, and for any consequences of using or sharing them. You assume all risk associated with their accuracy, legality, and fitness for your purposes.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, generate, or distribute content, or to engage in conduct, that:
- is illegal, or that promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
- is sexually explicit or pornographic, sexualizes minors in any way, or is otherwise adult or NSFW content (which is prohibited regardless of the subject’s apparent age);
- depicts or promotes child sexual abuse material, which is strictly forbidden and will be reported as required by law;
- infringes or misappropriates anyone’s intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- is defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, or incites violence or self-harm;
- impersonates any person or entity, or creates deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content, including non-consensual deepfakes;
- contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its providers;
- violates the acceptable-use or usage policies of any third-party model, rendering, hosting, or payment provider used by the Service.
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, review, or remove content and may take action against violations, including suspension or termination, at our discretion.
10. Third-party providers
The Service depends on third-party providers, and Your Content and output pass through them. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers’ terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or policies of any third-party provider.
11. Intellectual property in the Service
The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Daodri or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AND OUTPUT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAODRI AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR OUTPUT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU; IN THAT CASE OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Daodri and its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Service or any output, including its publication or distribution; (c) your violation of these Terms or any law; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including the terms of any third-party provider.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including content licenses already granted, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) survive termination. Unused credits are generally forfeited on termination for cause and otherwise as described on the billing page.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in the Republic of Kazakhstan will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect and the unenforceable provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
